Practicing complexity in these times: a multiracial space to courageously practice connection in contradiction through somatic practice & ritual

Join us for an afternoon of somatic practice in these times of a heightened presidential election and polycrisis of people and planet. An intentionally multiracial space, we will hold our various identities and positionalities with tenderness as we practice together in the complexity of a racialized society. Through somatics, dance, song, self-directed touch, restorative yoga, and ritual elements we will nurture our connections to our bodies, land, and each other, and center in embodied values-based practice.
